Mega lap times. What am I doing wrong?

Hi guys, been on ardent web for the results for the 26th and noticed in the stock class you were getting 14 & 15 second laps!!!!! I'm on full bour and I can only get 16 - 17 seconds. Were the hand out motors faster than normal G2s? Also do you all run the same gears and ratios on the day?
Any help welcome as I just want to improve more and more.

they were running 13.5 brushless and 1 cell lipo not stock mardave mate

yeah the mardave nationals there were no printouts buddy, we were doing the 13.5 and 1s thing so dont worry
and the top stock drivers were hitting arround the 17s mark
