Same as every think in life get the best you can afford . . .

There all the same they all do the same job its just that some are full Auto some are manual . ..

But the results are the same they true tyres but for me having used both the full auto does it a bit better

Have a 3Racing tyre truer.

What I'm looking for is a tyre/foam sander so I'll make one from the following,

motor pod
axle
bearings
axle spacer
retired motor

hook it up to a 4 cell pack and away you go

then I'll have something small & light trackside to sand the foams before they look like this

LOL motor pod and Battery now that brings back memorys when I was a teenager and did mine that way
