I was looking for a tyre truer on oople when this old guy said i made one it just shows what people do in the back garden shed its good i even like the brush for getting rid of tyre dust

Have you not seen these before???? Oldest trick in the book for doing Tyres also another favorite is a pillar drill with a thread bar in the bit and using a cerform to plain the tyre down. Then sand the edges down.
