Talked to Karl re motors at TRCC when he turned up for a meeting.

All I do for the G2 is one drop of WD40 on the comm. Spin the wheels by hand to distribute the WD40. Then drive a lap half speed or so to the line.

One drop of Trinity Royal Oil on the bushings each run.

Blow out the motor with clubs air compressor and repeat for next run.

G2 is as quick as the day I bought it.

yep you are right the young lad is a wizzard on the motor art so anyone its well worth a chat with him at trackside. he has restored my faith in brushed 100% yep brushless is most probaly the way to go but for now i see no reason to rush into it 11 cars in one heat of brushed was good enough for me!!!!! As for there going to be no Nimh batterys around well thats pie in the sky trollop try googeling Japan china they will still be around when im pushing up daiseys.

So Karl i know you are quite busy but in your own time do post about the motors to blow away the miths !!!!!! bounce bounce bounce cheers cheers cheers
