Carbon bits and bobs

Havent been on here for a while so I thought I would post up some pics ive been working on.

Nissan Skyline R32 GTR interior Console

Still a long way from finishing yet. Needs sanding back and clear coating to provide that deep finish on the weave.

This was a bit of a gimmick to be honest. This took around an hour so the finish is poor - had to demo to some kids how strong carbon fibre really....

We found an old VW beetle shell so I got one of the kids to demonstrate what he had learnt and did a wet layup. This finished product was a rushed job and no sanding or clear coat was applied. Just simply pulled out of the red mould you can see below.

Now just imagine a Carbon Fibre RC shell
