OK FIRST OFF THIS DEPENDS UPON WHICH 1/10TH OFF ROAD BUGGY YOU WILL RACE BUT AS A STARTING POINT TO THOSE WHO ARE NEW AND JUST WANT A STARTING POINT HERES A FEW TIPS FOR YOU TO GET STARTED THIS IS FOR A BASIC SET UP FOR A TEAM ASSOCIATED B4.

1A. FRONT END SHOCKS.

SUMMER HOT DAYS 40WT OIL
BLUE SPRINGS
OUTSIDE HOLE ON WISHBONE
INSIDE HOLE SHOCK MOUNT
WISHBONES LEVEL

1B.FRONT END SHOCKS.

WINTER COLD DAYS 35WT OIL
BLUE SPRINGS
INSIDE HOLE ON WISHBONE
OUTSIDE HOLE SHOCK MOUNT
WISHBONES LEVEL

1A.REAR END SHOCKS.

SUMMER HOT DAYS 35WT OIL
SILVER SPRINGS
OUTSIDE HOLE ON WISHBONE
ONE HOLE IN SHOCK MOUNT
DRIVE SHAFTS LEVEL.

1B. REAR END SHOCKS
WINTER COLD DAYS 30WT OIL
SILVER SPRING
INSIDE HOLE ON WISHBONE
AS ABOVE.

2.SET YOUR DIFF THE RIGHT WAY.

FIRST OFF YOU NEED TWO FLAT SCREW DRIVERS OR FLAT METAL THAT WILL SLIDE INTO THE OUTDRIVES HOLDING THE TWO BITS OF METAL AND WITH THE DIFF GEAR IN FRONT OF YOU TRY AND MOVE THE DIFF GEAR IF THE DIFF GEAR MOVES ITS TO LOOSE TIGHTEN THE DIFF UNTIL YOU CAN NOT MOVE THE GEAR WITH YOUR FINGERS ONCE THIS IS COMPLETE ITS READY TO BE INSTALLED IN THE BUGGY.

NOW ITS IN THE BUGGY YOU NEED TO SET THE DIFF THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE DIFF BECAUSE YOU WILL DISTROY THE DIFF IN A SECOND SO FOLLOW THIS AND YOU SHOULD BE SORTED TIGHTEN THE SLIPPER CLUTCH ALL THE WAY( RITE TITE ) THEN WITH A FULLY CHARGE BATTERY MUST BE FULLY CHARGED FULL POWER THE BUGGY IF YOU HEAR A CREEKING OR CRACKING NOISE THE DIFF IS TO LOOSE RE-TIGHTEN THE DIFF IF IT WHEELIES AND NO NOISE HAPPY DAYS THEN YOU CAN START TO SET THE SLIPPER CLUTCH KNOWING THE DIFF IS SOUND.

HOPE THIS LITTLE ADVICE HELPS ALL OF YOU THIS IS MY WAY AND FOUND IT WORKS FOR ME EVERY TIME AND IVE BEEN RACING FOR 22YRS THERE MAYBE DIFFERENT WAYS OR DIFFERENT SET UPS BUT TRY THIS FIRST HOPE IT HELPS ..........THE LAPPER. cheers
