i need HELP with brushless speedo!

hello all,

my dad bought me a brushless system, every time i push the throttle forward it goes backwards.
When i pull back nothing happens.

my motor and speedo are both called Exceed.

we have tried to set up the speedo loads of times but it doesnt work.

On the instructions it says if this happens the throttle channel will ned reversing on the transmitter. We have done that but my transmitter is basic, it only has a switch.

Could anyone please help me out? do you think i am missing anything?

i am hoping to come up to ardent on sunday, hopefully someone will be able to help me out up there.

Swop the motor from left side to the right side of the pod

the setup on the exceed motor ESC needs to be set for TWO WAY look on instructions it says how to set it up

Any probs let me know or pop to Ardent on Tuesday or sunday and look for me Gazza

But which way looking at it, from the back? or the front?

i know how to do it now, thanks very much

if its in the right side then turn it round so its on the left side
