Mardave GT 10 heats. . . . . how cool is that going to be

Ok before we all get carried away on the New car what about car to be run as is out of the box no differant parts at all and run as per GT rules . . .

so fit a 10.5 1s or 17.5 2s hows that sound guys

Now dont forget this is a mardave we are talking about and it will be a Bigger version of a V12
But yes wait till we see whats under the hood

But for those who are not sure this is what they used to look like

I used to have one of the V10s many years ago and really liked their simple construction, cheap parts and a remarkably reliable diff.

However, there were some issues - narrow track width of 180mm made grip roll a problem, no rear (or front) damping, no front bearings and since it used the same rear pod as the V12 but much larger diameter tyres you either has to run the foams almost on the rims or put up with giraffe-like ride height.

I'd like to see the same improvements to this new car as Mardave have worked into the 'new' V12 Touring car, namely the bearing front end and rear damper tubes. If the track has been widened to meet WGT rules (ie. 200mm track) and if the rear pad has been re-moulded to accomodate the larger rear tyres (or even adjustable ride height?) then this will be a cracker of a car!

My own personal take on rules and racing is 1s LiPo, 13.5 or 10.5 motors and no boost speedos.

Just my 2p worth...
