Now I'd seen a similar layout used on a F1 chassis a while ago, and figured it would work on a GT10 with more room on the flat pan chassis.

You'd think the weight was in a better place...although right up the centre line with a 2S LiPo is almost as good as it gets.

Thing is with the "stubby" 2S LiPos now available that looks an easier way to go with the 10R5. Means less hassle with the shock mount, and keeps the weight balance between 4 round cells and 1S LiPo. If I was running 2S and 17.5 in Vegas then I'd be using that...both classes are 1S only.

Interested to hear how it goes on the track bounce
