We really have to get the image of Mardaves removed the bangers is what every one thinks of when you say mardave and even tho the class is fun , people seem to think they can come race and just smash into you left right and center, My father was racing his mardave and all they did was aim for the rear of his Car on a CIRCUIT track which ended up with a new rear pod needed. it frustrates the hell outa me when i see this

were i race on circuit at YPL and WSMCC and soon ardent this isnt the case and from what i gather these 3clubs alone have done enough to promote the class in a massive way i really hope the crash and bang image gets destroyed , its very sadning to see all ya time and effort put into a such a small car only to have some idiot think its ok to pretty much smash into your car , especially for my dad he gets to race once in a blue moon as hes the race controller for alll the nationals 1/10th 1/12th scenes stccc btcc Rugracers and even some of the carpetwars series when needed and to see him have to pull off after 2 minutes in to second race was bloody annoying .

so this goes out to all you smash and bang idiots think twice these arnt just cars to run around a track to break ,people put alot of time and effort into it so pay attention.

Here here mate this is the circuit class if you want to smash up hour Dave do it on a banger or oval track

Total agree with you both the amount of time balancing the cars getting them to run spot on hours of dedication people put in to the cars only for some to think that banger racing them is fun. I also agree this is the image thats not welcome for a circuit racer dont get me wrong bangers for banger tracks if that floats your boat.

ye i can attened on a sunday hoefully like twice a month and get train up there thent axi to race track costly but im itching to try adent track out not actually sure if they race on sundays with mardaves thho.

my main reeason for posting this was because watching my dad raceing and actualy getting him on the track is great as he never has the time to due to his comitments to the RC sport *hats of to me dad*

try contacting micky blue eyes jay or Russell at tic some of the guys come up from that part of the country failing that can offer you a stay over at mine then take you to ardent on the sunday thats big race sundays that is mate i then get back home about 5 ish train station is only 2 miles from me so could drop you off if this can help you in anyway!!!!
