Why not take in an early season cheapie event that's using the GP circuit and decide for yourself? That way you'll know where you're going on the day and you get to see some other classes of racing too. Ring 0844 3728200 for advice. For 'value for money'. the big stands on the outside of Luffield - Woodcote give you clear views of more corners than any others, then just walk back to Bridge/Abbey to see/hear them at full speed. Given the GP will take nearly 2 hrs, you could walk most of the circuit in an hour and there are still some good old fashioned earth banks to stand on!

I could use some help too. My better half wants to go to the Yas Marina Circuit for the 2010 Abu Dhabi GP, not as expensive as you'd think. From the TV coverage, looked like there was some superb viewing locations, but what are they called? The turns are named, simply, T1 to T21. Guess I'll just have to watch the 2009 race again and try to work out where they were because it doesn't look like a walk about circuit at all.

Think this might help JT.

The problem I have is that most of the best viewing facilities appear to be from hotel balconies! I'm wondering how to identify the better ones and how they are most easily booked. I'll try the F1.com help line as they do bookings and it may be that during the grand prix they and others act as specialist booking agents?
