[i]Well i went over to Mark Lappers tonite and boy was i impressed Mark has been doing the paint work on my 57 Chevy and its been a labour of love the detail was totaly stuning.

if i knew you was going to put me up i would have done my hair thats why its taking so long theres painting a shell and painting a shell.if anyone knows about painting shells its not the painting that takes the time its the masking if you dont get that bang on you may aswell do one colour so any thoughts from you guys OR WHAT.

mark doing your hair consists of getting the polish out and buffing it dude lol have to admit it is looking spot on

Looks as i would expect from you mark top job buddy, totaly understand where your coming from .... wouldn't fancie all that masking my self, we'll have a chat over a brew sometime and you can tell me some of the tricks, pass umm to us newbies matey.

Yup its going to be a shelf queen when finished to much dosh and time spent to drift it.

All new chassis and gearbox parts orded ready for this little beast should be bang on now the wheels are on the way as well cannot wait to get this done
going to get some bench seats made then covered by my cousin who is in the upholstery game so each thing pannel will be stiched then the thin white pipeing done at the same time
i must be going a little crazy must be all the weather

dude you may as well save yourself some dosh and just screw the wheels onto a piece of wood cos no one will ever see it.... lol

Oh they will see it but having spent this much time getting it done might as well make it a good un pice of wood with wheels screwed on uhhhhhhhh better off sitting it on a wheelie bin

ok after a long old slog the good old 57 paint work is complete the body is built and the 57 has been picked up by mr wood him self so there should be pics up shortly or shortie for those who are interested.
