Hi all I am about to start running my old f103 with aew mods in the gp2 class was just wondering how people have been getting on witht the mardave g2 on 7.4v?

Mine got hot and the performance dropped of for the last 3 laps , i was pushing

slow down the straight , quick around the infield seems to be the best set up

What's the com like? The ones I have tried seem to chip the brush edges after afew runs and then all the torque goes.
I am hoping to be at the next summer series round as a bit of a test for the brca event in may.
Was everyone using the marked 4 slot mardave g2?

Everyone bar me had the 4 slot , my G2 has 2 slots its old.

is there any difference in the motors with 4 slots performance wise ?

Yes mate the 4 slot is quite abit faster and stays cooler
