yes there will be club meeting along side and those not racing in the
national can be there from 08:00 too, but racing will start around 09:30-10:00
So you can race your Mardave and get practice in for the RC Circuit Cars GP on the 15th.

Is Paypal the only accepted payment method?
Up front payment is required to confirm your entry, and at this time Paypal is the only accepted method as it is easy for the organisers to manage. Provision may be made for you to send a postal order by post, but this must first be agreed with the qualifications officer and he has the right to not accept a postal order if an arrangement has not been made. Decisions on whether to accept a postal order are at the discretion of the qualifications officer. On the day payment is not permitted.

You won't be able to book in and pay for GT10 or F1 (the BRCA national series classes) on the day, but the club will be offering support classes alongside the event for which you will probably be able to do this. If you wish to race in GT10 or F1 and haven't yet booked in, the best thing to do will be to email Gareth and wait patiently for a reply.

With the low numbers i think they may be allowing it as there has been some late interest in the series

There would be even more interest if they ditched the mardave g2 motors!

I hate the g2 motors, but i understand why they picked that motor.
I would personally rather race BL, but i am still supporting the event or it will continue to never get reconised.
I am within .5 sec of the fastest lap of the open F1's at Ardent with a G2 so they are not that slow, they just dont last very long

Re: BRCA F1 & GT10 Nationals 2011 and club meeting 8th may.
The fastest lap round the current track with open f1 was 11.98 done with a 20c lipo and a mardave brushless motor.
They picked it for the right reasons they just picked the wrong motor.
A speed passion f1 brushless is £14 and sealed but wouldve lasted forever and is 17.5 equivilant so why not pick that? Schumacer is even the uk importer.
Just makes no sense as a 17.5 or 21.5 wouldve made it much better.

yea totally agree the reason its small numbers is do to the G2 motor even we 13.5 1s lipo have proved its better than a G2
