7 Half hours into the race and Team dorris are up in the lead will bring you next results around midnight with a full run down on places

quick race feed back by quacking plums

24hr race is under go, Team Doris is in the lead and looking very organised, 393 laps and still on their first brushed motor, at this rate they will cover 363 miles (scale mileage of 3630 miles) in second place so far with 373 laps is Team Dudley with Worcester Warriors in third Place. Team Ardent didn't make it to the line due to one driver pulling out another without transport and two having to run the meeting. Instead they are supporting adopted team Donny Racing, with a new team name of 24hr Ardon!! ;-)

Was a hell of a race and I'm totally knackered now bit had great fun and I'd do it again that's for sure team underdogs got 9th overall in the end and considering we were way down in last place last night the team done a fantastic job to pull it back well done guys B-)
And well done to all the other teams for finishing all but 1 team completed the race

i carnt believe we did it, 24 hours with pretty much minor breakdowns and just 1 majour diff repair. we didnt even break a belt im so surpried about the small amount of breakages we had. the only week parts on the car were the outdrives, drive axles and c-hubs. but these were the main drive parts.

we at one point was in last 200 laps down on the team above us but the last 12 hours was really good for us and the hard work of team underdogs means we pulled it back and got all the way up to 9th and durein the last 2 hours was on a drive for 8th place which we had a slim chance of but it was so much fun by the last 15 mins it was pretty certain that we wernt going to catch them so it was a cruise to the finnish.

so at the start of the race the shell looked like this

because they had had enough

they were at the front most of the 1st 12 hours but when they droped off and were running down the pack they decided that if they couldent run at the top they wernt running at all.
