If you've not read about the series over the past few years in Radio Race Car International, then you can read the back articles here. No fee, but you really ought to take out a RRCi subscription, eh Dez!

The Drift Series was started in 2005 by myself and my son, Eddie, with support from D1GB/EDC, RRCi, Mirage (now HPI Europe), CML and H&L Graphics to name a few. It's grown in strength from year to year and now represents the very best in UK RC Drift competition with all the top UK drifters competing the six rounds through the summer months at the country's best RC circuits for drifting. We run two driver classes, Pro for the seasoned entrants and Club for the beginners and novices. Competition is always fierce but in a very freindly, fun way with lots of help from fellow drivers.
The D1RC events calendar is also published in this forum and shows not only the Drift Series rounds but also our exhibition events at the 1:1 scale motorsport events plus, of course, the Drift Worlds Championship in July.
Don't sit on the fence. If you have a spare tourer, just read the Getting Technical thread for setup advice and have a go. Ask Tom, it's a no brainer!
