I have a dave, with a G2 and the Mardave speedo, the servo is very very slow, do i need a booster?

Are you running 1s lipo or 4 cell Ni-mh ?

Then you dont need a booster, but the servo will be a bit slower on 4.8v compared to 7.2/7.4

Thats what i am thinking, its a metal geared one, bought it for when the mrs was driving the car, i just dont ever remember having a servo so slow!

dissconnect the servo saver then try it if its still slow then a new servo if ok refit and take off the steering arms if ok then its the arms binding
