Ok guys and gals the indoor series will start in earnest next wednesday so we thought we should have a few simple rules to keep things fair.
The carisma rules are basically exactly the same as outdoors with the exception we will allow Lipo cells during the winter to see how it goes.
Mardave stock, we have done these after talking to Chris Wilkinson (who makes the mardave)and also looking at the Mardave GP rules, plus taking into consideration what other clubs are running.
Mardave stock = all cars to use mardave stock chassis which includes the anodised and countersunk versions (no composite chassis) G2 motors and maximum of 4.8v (no brushless) MAXIMUM price of speedo is £70 recomended retail (again as mardvave GP rules)any standard mardave part including those used on the Worlds and XRS cars, rear diffs will be allowed (as a lot have them fitted) and the balraced front wheels will be allowed, track rods may be changed for any make.
We will also run a Open class ? this will be open to mardaves running brushless, 1/12th cars and basically anything that doesnt fall into the above classes.
All seems fair to me ?
